We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering principles and practices, particularly within the private security services industry. This role involves the design, construction, and maintenance of various infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to budget and time constraints. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing project feasibility, conducting site inspections, and preparing detailed reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet all specifications and regulations.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability and sustainability.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering solutions into larger security projects.
Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technologies.
Prepare and present project proposals and reports to management and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

Proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in the private security services sector.

Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self‑motivated.

Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools is essential for designing and analyzing project specifications efficiently.
