Warehouse Manager

to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and leading a team of warehouse staff to maintain high standards of safety and productivity. Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products. Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation and delivery processes. Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, addressing any issues promptly. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
