We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the agency’s projects, commercial operations, and support sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can coordinate creative, media, production, and account teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
You will play a key role in optimizing internal processes, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth, helping the agency scale its operations and enhance its market presence.
We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for advertising, ready to drive operational excellence and make a tangible impact on business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations across different teams to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Supervise the execution of work across advertising, marketing, PR, branding, events, digital media, monitoring & reporting, promotions, and all related activities from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Support commercial and sales operations through preparing technical and financial proposals, and participating in client presentations.
- Track project progress, costs, and profitability to achieve operational targets.
- Improve internal processes and develop workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards for management.
- Analyze operational challenges and propose effective solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Lead teams, providing guidance and training to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Contribute to developing new products and services within the agency to generate additional revenue streams.
- Provide technical, administrative, and developmental support across the agency.
Requirements
Saudi nationality is required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management within an advertising, marketing, or digital media agency.Proven experience in project management, campaign execution, commercial operations, and sales support.Strong ability to support commercial activities and collaborate directly with sales / business development teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Experience using ERP and CRM systems, as well as digital project management tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.A blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and organizational capability.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward excellence.Fluency in English is required.
