Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Management Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their interactions with our services. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, managing property handovers, resolving conflicts, and delivering exceptional service to meet the needs of both parties.

What will you be doing?

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with landlords and tenants to foster trust and satisfaction.

Oversee the property handover process, ensuring units are received from landlords and delivered to tenants in proper condition.

Act as the first point of contact for any disputes or problems that may arise between landlords and tenants.

Make daily calls to landlords and tenants to gather feedback and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.

Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and support teams, to address and resolve any issues related to the properties.

Maintain detailed records of communications, property handovers, and any issues or resolutions for future reference.
