Overview

Greenland Group. is looking for Production Supervisor- Slaughterhouse / Deboning / Retail Packing (ALMARAI Company, Saudi Arabia) .

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Managing daily packing operations to meet production targets and quality specifications, ensuring products are packed according to customer requirements.
  • Monitoring packing efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and reducing product losses during the packing process.
  • Providing performance reports, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
  • Developing and implementing SOPs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
  • Skills Required : Agro Based company, Agro Farm Management, processed meat, beef fatering

    • Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Training Institutes, Food (Packaged) / Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing / Seed / GM), Overseas Companies, Food (Packaged), Agro based Startup

    • Additional Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a Meat production environment
