Our client, an exciting Joint Venture between a Saudi Arabian contractor and a European contractor headquartered in Riyadh, is seeking a Commercial Manager for a new hospital / healthcare project in Riyadh.

They are looking for a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following experience :

• A minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with established main contractors.
• Experience with hospital / healthcare projects.
• A relevant third-level qualification.
• Previous Middle East experience (advantage).

The package includes a negotiable tax-free salary based on experience, accommodation, transport, flights, and medical coverage.
