Family Business located in the North of Saudi Arabia, part of a well - established group with history of more than 4 decades, Produce is known for its consistent quality, sustainable practices, and commitment to innovation in large-scale tomato production. We proudly operate using advanced Priva climate control systems, helping us grow top-tier tomatoes for domestic and international markets.
The Role
As Head Grower, you’ll oversee crop production across our existing and expanding facilities, lead a skilled team of growers, and drive improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee integration and startup of 8.5 hectare hi tech greenhouse
- Utilize Priva systems to optimize climate, irrigation, and fertigation strategies
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of growers and support staff
- Monitor crop health, production metrics, and quality standards
- Collaborate on R&D, varietal trials, and process innovation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and environmental standards
