The Transportation Planning & Daily Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering seamless, world-class mobility experiences in one of the most innovative entertainment destinations in the world. This role ensures that the city's integrated transport network—including Metro, Bus, BRT, shuttle services, and micromobility—is strategically planned, efficiently managed, and continuously optimized to meet the highest international standards.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Integration
- Lead the development of multimodal transport strategies that align with the city's vision of world-leading, sustainable, and customer-centric mobility
- Coordinate long-term and short-term transit planning, including service design, scheduling, and demand forecasting
- Ensure full integration of metro, bus, BRT, shuttles, and micromobility solutions into a single, seamless transport ecosystem
- Monitor transport trends, innovations, and best practices to maintain global leadership in smart mobility
Daily Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day performance of all transport services, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellenceLead control centers, service delivery teams, and operational response to ensure smooth transit operationsImplement performance monitoring frameworks, including KPIs for punctuality, capacity utilization, and customer satisfactionCoordinate with security, emergency, and city operations teams to ensure resilience and continuity of serviceCustomer Experience & Service Excellence

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master's preferred)10+ years' experience in multimodal transportation planning and operations, ideally within major metropolitan or international transit systemsStrong expertise in integrated transport systems including rail, bus, micromobility, and demand-responsive transportProven track record of managing large-scale daily operations with a customer-first approachFamiliarity with global best practices in smart city mobility, ITS, and transport technology integrationStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in multicultural, international environments is highly desirableSeniority
