Job title : Call Center Representative (No English Required, Pakistani / Malayalee Preferred) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with urgent requirement. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Resolve customer issues and provide information about services and products Provide technical support when needed Schedule appointments and conduct outbound calls as required Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly and act decisively Friendly, organized, able to multitask, and good time management Preference given to Pakistani and Malayalee applicants; English language proficiency is not required Contract position with urgent staffing needs; candidates able to start immediately are encouraged to apply
