About the role :

Oracle HCM Consultant – E-Business Suite (EBS) with focus on Oracle HRMS; mid-senior level, full-time.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience of 8 years with Oracle HRMS.

Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modules : Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Performance Management, Self-Service, OTL

Strong understanding of HR business processes.

Proficiency in Oracle technical tools : PL / SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, AME, Fast Formulas, OAF, XML Publisher.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
