Overview JASARA PMC is seeking a qualified Security Manager to lead our security operations and ensure the protection of our personnel, assets, and information. This role is central to our commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and aligning our security strategies with organizational goals.
The Security Manager will oversee the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to mitigate risks and respond to security incidents effectively.

Responsibilities
Proven experience in security, safety management, and physical security operations in construction and giga projects
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional security teams and enhancing interagency coordination
Background in developing and implementing integrated security and safety strategies
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts and influence decision-making
Skilled in coordinating with emergency services, government entities stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with Arabic as a significant advantage
Understanding of traffic planning and control, to assist in the delivery of the Construction Vehicle Delivery Management System
Work with facilities management and multiple contractors to provide safe and effective construction oversight in the Resort Core MOCKUP facility
Supervise daily security operations across construction zones, gates, logistics hubs, and visitor areas within the Qiddiya site
Oversee access control systems and enforce entry regulations for contractors, subcontractors, and project staff
Enforce Qiddiya security standards by holding all contracted companies accountable to the approved regulations and procedures
Coordinate with government security forces, contractors’ security representatives, and the QIC command center to ensure incident-free site coverage
Lead investigations of security violations including unauthorized access, aggressive behavior, theft, or safety breaches
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in security management, or a related field
Proven experience in security management, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role
Certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred
Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
