Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker Commis / Baker Demi Chef de Partie in a French bakery located in Riyadh. The Baker Commis / Baker Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality pastry items. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present pastry items including bread, soft bread, pita, croissant
- Dough mixing
- Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Ensure correct storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages
- Follow HACCP standards and maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the pastry kitchen
- Support the smooth operation of the pastry kitchen during service
