Role Summary
As Regional Head – MENA, you will drive Clovio’s business development, client success, strategic partnerships, and operational growth across the Middle East and North Africa. This role is ideal for a self-driven leader with deep regional experience and a network of enterprise decision-makers.
Location : Dubai, Riyadh, or major MENA hub
Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute regional go-to-market strategy in UAE, KSA, and GCC markets.
- Build trusted relationships with public and private sector stakeholders.
- Secure high-value consulting and managed services contracts.
- Act as senior advisor for key enterprise clients and program stakeholders.
- Drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
- Manage compliance, legal, and delivery coordination within the region.
- Work closely with India delivery teams for client onboarding and resourcing.
- Build and manage a regional team of sales, account managers, and delivery coordinators.
- Form alliances with regional system integrators and platform vendors.

Strategic Sales in ERP / HCM ConsultingMENA Market Expertise (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt)Strong CXO Relationships across BFSI, Oil & Gas, Public SectorProposal Development & Government Tender ExperienceRegional Compliance & Vendor Registration KnowledgeTeam Management & Cross-Cultural LeadershipPartner Management & Channel SalesDelivery Coordination & Resource FulfilmentArabic Language Skills (Preferred)Negotiation, Deal Structuring & Client Success ManagementQualifications
10+ years in ERP / HCM services or consulting or Sales.Proven ability to win and grow enterprise accounts and delivery mandates.Bachelor’s / Master’s in Technology, Business, or related field.Based in Dubai, Riyadh, or Doha.Benefits
Compensation Structure : This is a profit-sharing role with quarterly variable incentives based on regional performance. Equity options may be offered for long-term value creators who scale the MENA business successfully.
