The Estimation & Presales Engineer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting complete technical and commercial bids for security and communication projects in accordance with client specifications and company strategy. This role requires strong analytical, costing, and coordination skills to ensure timely submission of competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals for projects governed by HCIS, Aramco, SEC, and Royal Commission standards .
