الوصف الوظيفيCybersecurity Governance & Strategy Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards. Align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Compliance and auditing (ISO27001, NCA, CST, Aramco CCC, etc.) Risk Management Advise leadership on emerging threats and provide recommendations to strengthen cyber resilience. Ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity regulations and frameworks. Security Operations & Monitoring Manage the security of information systems, networks, and critical infrastructure. Coordinate cybersecurity investigations and ensure timely mitigation of security incidents. Team Leadership & Development Allocate resources, set performance goals, and ensure continuous skill development within the team. Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization. Technology & Systems Security Ensure secure configuration and ongoing monitoring of IT systems and applications. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate cybersecurity measures into system design and organizational processes. Reporting & Communication Communicate cybersecurity policies, priorities, and best practices across the organization. Bachelor or Master degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. CISSP or CISM Professional Certificates Infrastructure : Deep understanding of the maintenance and deployment of security systems such as SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, etc. 5 Years of experience on the Cybersecurity operation.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across the organization.
Oversee daily security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Lead and supervise the cybersecurity team or unit.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security solutions such as firewalls, IDS / IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
Prepare regular reports on cybersecurity posture, incidents, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
