Junior Business Development Executive

We are a startup marketing agency looking for a Junior Business Development Executive working remotely focused on business development, client acquisition and management.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage new clients, write proposals, and upsell services while managing their accounts with design team.

Work remotely, traveling as needed to meet clients and attend on-site projects (like exhibitions and photo-sessions) in Riyadh and / or Jeddah.

Compensation starts as commission-only, with a pathway to a full-time role in 6-8 months.

Requirements

Approximately 2-3 years of experience, preferably in marketing.

Strong social skills and comfort with direct client interaction.

An existing network of potential clients is a plus.

Any background in creative fields (like graphic design) is beneficial.
