We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. In this role, you will ensure projects are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. You will manage resources, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and uphold high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning and Resource Allocation

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Identify and allocate project resources, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.

Project Execution and Reporting

Ensure smooth project execution by adhering to approved timelines, budgets, and scope.

Document project progress, key decisions, and challenges, maintaining accurate records in the project management system.

Prepare and submit regular status reports and escalation logs to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and issues.

Oversee adherence to project documentation standards and ensure timely completion of deliverables and generation of CoC.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and post-mortems.

Address stakeholder concerns promptly and align project goals with their expectations.

Team Management and Performance Monitoring

Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to enhance performance.

Monitor team productivity and identify opportunities for training or development.

Evaluate and document team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Special Projects

Lead, manage and execute the specific projects / tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

MIS & Reporting

Ensure timely publishing of key reports and dashboards for 2P LT.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must, similar certification (e.g., PRINCE2, ITIL) are preferred.

8+ years of experience in IT project management or a related field.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects is a plus.
