Drilling Foreman (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for a highly qualified Drilling Foreman to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. As a specialized talent acquisition company, Eram Talent focuses on delivering skilled professionals to the Oil & Energy sector. The Drilling Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing drilling operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Experience Level : Minimum 5 years

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Management

Certificates : Well Completion Engineering, Well Control, HSE

Responsibilities

• Supervise all gas well completion and intervention operations.
• Ensure safety compliance (JSA, H2S protocols, PPE use).
• Manage service contractors and rig crews.
• Oversee equipment, logistics, and materials.
• Monitor real-time well performance; optimize completion efficiency.
• Maintain detailed reports and post-job evaluations.
