Overview
To drive Al Rajhi Takaful’s (ART) SME new business growth through the development and management of SME new business sales channels, ensuring sustainable and profitable expansion by capturing market opportunities, meeting customer acquisition goals, and delivering service excellence while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Contribute to the development of the ART strategy by providing input and plans related to the direct SME network, in line with the sales objects.
- Conduct plan reviews with direct managers per region and branches’ agents to align with approved targets and actual performance on daily biases.
- Identify potential direct SME clients and assess their business risks and insurance needs. Offer special policies, including all the LOBs.
- Ensure that the function strategies are designed and implemented to support ART’s vision, mission and SME objectives through market-leading commercial sales approaches and techniques.
- Engage with direct SME clients to present policy benefits, customized coverage options, and value-added services, driving insurance sales and building long-term client relationships.
- Monitor the performance of ART direct SME across regions and provide developments on core processes to maintain service standards, manage risk exposures, and ensure controls are not compromised.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate product types to reach customer satisfaction.
- Translate direct SME sales strategy into operational plans and monitor execution to achieve ART’s objectives.
- Meet approved direct SME sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Agree on necessary SLAs within the direct SME department and ensure disciplined implementation.
- Coordinate department activities to ensure efficient work in line with annual plans, policies and procedures.
- Maintain close relationships with branch managers to coordinate and communicate commercial sales activities per the sales plan for consistency and enhanced customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with SME requirements related to policies, procedures and instructions to promote a safe and risk-free environment.
- Prepare relevant periodic and ad-hoc reports timely and accurately, meeting the department’s requirements, policies and standards.
Academic Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance or any other relevant field.6-9 years of related experience.Details
