Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and scheduling activities of multiple programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholders\' expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, tracking progress, and resolving any deviations or delays.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks, implementing effective strategies for risk mitigation.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on the status of projects and identifying any required adjustments.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements in planning and scheduling processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to planning team members, fostering their development and ensuring their adherence to best practices.
• Support the development of accurate cost and resource forecasts, facilitating effective budget management.
