Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue to meet or exceed budget expectations by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. Execute daily rates strategies, promotions and seasonal offers.
- Design and implement targeted sales campaigns to attract business from leisure, corporate, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
- Manage and optimize listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda. Follow up daily booking, arrivals and rates.
- Handle inquiries and bookings for meetings, rooms, and other events, ensuring seamless coordination with operations and banquet teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client / companies’ databases, and performance reports.
- Provide training and support to front‑line staff on upselling and guest engagement strategies.
- Represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and tourism forums to enhance brand visibility and perform weekly sales calls using own car or public transportation.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within branded hotel chains in Riyadh.Proven knowledge of OTA platforms, tourism compliance, and event sales processes. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.Valid driver’s license and access to a well‑maintained, insured vehicle.Seniority Level
