Description
The QC Document Controller is responsible for managing and controlling all quality documentation related to projects, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Ensure all project documentation is current, accurate, and accessible.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather and manage documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all quality control documents.
- Review and approve documents to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
- Train staff on document control processes and tools.
Skills and Qualifications
