Territory Manager – MedTech Sales
Position : Territory Manager
Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Type : Full-time
Position Summary
Promoting MedTech products to healthcare professionals through 1 : 1 meetings, presentations, and on‑site services. Building relationships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders to finalize the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profit targets.
- Spend 75% of the working time in field activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of field operations.
- Organize professional meetings with targeted customers.
- Conduct outdoor field sales via cold calling and by using AIDINC to sell product range to potential corporate clients.
- Generate leads and handle all customer queries, including quotations and sales follow‑up, to achieve the BP.
- Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
- Provide accurate product information and ensure stock availability and optimal consumption.
- Support customers with in‑service training, case support, and negotiation of patient cases with doctors.
- Service and maintain existing customer base, delivering reliable service while expanding new customer opportunities; organize all necessary documentation to meet client demands.
Qualifications
Education : University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a scientific or medical field.Technical knowledge and product expertise in the related field.Strong presentation skills.Experience : 0–2 years maximum.Languages : Arabic & English (must).We are an equal opportunity employer.
