Job Summary
Ensure all activities related to the OSP-Fiber project comply with quality standards and STC specifications. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and assurance procedures to maintain project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan for the project.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks on materials, installation, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with client quality representations and third-party inspectors.
- Manage non-conformance reports and ensure timely corrective / preventive actions.
- Train project staff and subcontractors on quality requirements and procedures.
- Maintain records and documentation required for STC quality compliance.
- Support certification and regulatory audits as required.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management.Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent preferred.Minimum 5 years quality management experience in telecom OSP projects.Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation standards and testing procedures.Detail-oriented with excellent communication and reporting skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
