Job Summary

We are seeking a

strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager

to accelerate growth for

Radiometer

within Saudi Arabia’s healthcare ecosystem. This pivotal role will focus on expanding our footprint in

government institutions, national healthcare projects, and leading private hospital groups , ensuring our critical care diagnostic solutions are at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s healthcare transformation under

Vision 2030 .

The successful candidate will have a proven record of driving

enterprise-level IVD and critical care solution sales , managing complex tenders, and building long-term strategic partnerships with

MOH, NUPCO, and major healthcare networks .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership — Develop and execute tailored

enterprise account strategies

to expand Radiometer’s market share across large hospitals, government facilities, and enterprise groups.

Act as the

primary relationship owner

for key strategic accounts, building multi-level engagement across procurement, laboratory, biomedical, and executive stakeholders.

Business Growth & Solution Expansion — Identify new business opportunities and implement long-term growth plans within existing and new enterprise accounts.

Lead sales of the full Radiometer portfolio —

blood gas systems, transcutaneous monitors, consumables, and digital connectivity solutions (AQURE / LIS integration) .

Partner with other

Danaher Diagnostics OpCos

(Beckman Coulter, Cepheid, Leica Biosystems, etc.) to present comprehensive diagnostic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Tender & Contract Management — Manage

complex tender cycles, contract renewals, and pricing strategies

in coordination with commercial excellence and legal teams.

Ensure Radiometer solutions are specified and positioned competitively within MOH and NUPCO frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with

marketing, applications, service, and technical teams

to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Lead pre-sales activities, workflow demonstrations, and post-installation success initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Forecasting — Monitor IVD market trends, competitive movements, and health system initiatives to identify emerging opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM pipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with Danaher KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Biomedical, Life Sciences, Medical Technology , or related field.

5–7+ years

of experience in enterprise or key account management within the

IVD or critical care diagnostics

industry.

Strong understanding of the

Saudi healthcare ecosystem , particularly MOH, NUPCO, and large private providers.

Proven success in

solution selling, tender management, and long-term contracting .

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

  • English ;

Arabic proficiency

strongly preferred.

Willingness to travel frequently across KSA ( up to 70% ).

Preferred Attributes

Existing relationships with key stakeholders in

Saudi Ministry of Health, NUPCO, National Guard, and large private hospital chains .

Experience working with

international diagnostic manufacturers

or channel partners.

Familiarity with

digital transformation initiatives, LIS integration, and hospital automation solutions .

Passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation in critical care diagnostics.
