Drilling Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day drilling and completion operations at the rig site.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with drilling engineers, service providers, and rig contractors.
• Monitor drilling parameters and optimize drilling performance.
• Manage logistics for equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Prepare and submit daily drilling reports and other documentation.
• Implement drilling programs as per the approved drilling plan.
• Manage and supervise rig crew and third-party service providers.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of drilling operations.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of drilling equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead safety meetings (Toolbox Talks).
• Communicate with onshore office regarding progress, issues, and changes.

Note : Candidates without relevant drilling supervision experience (Oil and Gas) and valid certifications will not be considered for this role.
