Job Purpose
We are seeking a Development Manager specialized in logistics projects to ensure that industrial and warehouse developments are efficiently designed, market‑relevant, and operationally optimized. This expertise bridges the gap between technical design and logistics operations, enhances coordination among stakeholders, mitigates project risks, and aligns developments with evolving supply chain trends. Ultimately, such specialization maximizes asset value, attracts high‑quality tenants, and supports sustainable, efficient, and profitable logistics real‑estate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Site Identification
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for logistics and industrial developments.
- Conduct market and site feasibility studies, including zoning, accessibility, infrastructure, and financial viability.
Feasibility & Financial Analysis
Support investment team in preparing financial models and development budgets (land cost, construction, soft costs, contingencies, etc.).Support investment / development committee presentations and approval process.Project Planning & Design
Oversee conceptual and detailed design of logistics facilities (warehouses, cross docks, etc.).Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliance with functional, sustainability, and technical standards.Ensure timely delivery with cost optimization.Permitting & Approvals
Manage entitlement processes including zoning changes, building permits, and environmental clearances.Liaise with local authorities, municipalities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals.Construction & Delivery
Work closely with procurement and oversee tendering, contractors’ evaluation and selection, and contract negotiations.Work closely with project management team and monitor construction progress, budgets, schedules, and quality control.Resolve issues proactively to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.Leasing & Commercialization
Collaborate with the leasing team to market and lease logistics assets.Support tenant fit‑out coordination and manage technical requirements for key occupiers.Ensure alignment between leasing terms, design specifications, and operational goals.Stakeholder & Project Management
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (finance, design, legal, construction, and leasing).Manage relationships with investors, partners, consultants, and contractors.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.Master’s degree or MBA preferred.Financial

8 years in logistic and industrial projects.Skills
