Sales Coordinator

Overview

Sales Coordinator position at Burjline Builders. Based in Riyadh, the role supports the Commercial Department in establishing and developing systems within the department. This position will assist in creating forms, scheduling systems, and internal sales procedures for addressing daily requests, and will maintain and update the account management system and related information.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to colleagues. (If applicable to Burjline Builders, align with company policies and SOPs)
• Assist the Commercial Strategy team with upcoming tasks and activities.
• Ensure that grooming and appearance standards reflect a professional image where applicable.
• Support customer loyalty and the property’s / brand standards by delivering service excellence in every customer interaction.
• Serve customers to grow share of the account.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues within the company and effectively communicate with other departments, especially those related to operations and reservations as relevant.
• Establish and maintain files and a database of all accounts and assist the team in maintaining the account management system.
• Attend weekly and monthly department meetings and prepare account performance feedback as required.
