We are seeking amotivated and customer-oriented bilingual professional (Arabic & English) to join ourDigital Banking Support Team .
The ideal candidate will providefrontline support forretail and corporate clients , ensuring a smooth experience across alldigital banking channels — including internet banking, mobile banking, and corporate e-channels.
This role requires a combination ofbanking knowledge, communication skills, and basic technical understanding to follow up and coordinate with IT and business units effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests related todigital banking platforms (retail and corporate).
- Log, track, andfollow up on issues until resolution, ensuring timely updates to clients.
- Coordinate withIT and operations teams to resolve technical or functional issues.
- Support theonboarding and activation of corporate clients on digital banking channels.
- Provide clear and professional communication inArabic and English through phone, email, or ticketing tools.
- Preparedaily and weekly reports on customer cases, common issues, and resolutions.
- Contribute to improvingcustomer experience by identifying recurring problems or service gaps.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Information Technology, or related field .
- 6–10 years of experience inbanking customer support ordigital channel operations .
- Understanding ofretail and corporate banking products and digital platforms .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills inArabic and English .
- Strongfollow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge related to online or mobile banking systems is an advantage.
Preferred
- Experience inSaudi banking sector orfinancial services institutions .
- Familiarity withdigital transformation initiatives orbanking support tools (CRM, ticketing systems, etc.).
