What You’ll Do

• Financial Strategy & Leadership – Define and execute financial strategies that align with our long-term vision.
• Multi-Subsidiary Financial Management – Oversee financial operations across our agencies, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Optimization – Drive financial planning, cost control, and profitability.
• Investment & Growth Planning – Lead capital allocation, assess investment opportunities, and structure finances for expansion.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) – Manage acquisitions, partnerships, and financial integrations.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure regulatory adherence, tax efficiency, and accurate financial reporting.
• Risk & Asset Management – Implement robust financial controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Tech-Driven Finance – Leverage ERP systems (Odoo 17 experience is a plus) to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Executive Stakeholder Management – Provide strategic financial insights to leadership, investors, and the board.
