Senior Specialist - Facilities Management

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Professional to ensure the optimal operation of our building infrastructure and maintain a safe, compliant work environment. This role is critical to our daily operations and requires a proactive approach to facilities management. Core Purpose :

To guarantee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facility systems and infrastructure through proactive maintenance and expert oversight. Responsibilities

Oversee critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs Manage vendor relationships and contractor work to ensure quality and safety standards Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, and space reconfigurations Serve as primary responder for facility emergencies and system outages Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including OSHA requirements Conduct regular facility inspections and safety audits Qualifications

Advanced technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations Knowledge of SBC, OSHA, and other relevant regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Seniority level
