TIN CAN FILLING MACHINE OPERATOR

ᴧ      Education :   High school diploma or technical diploma in a relevant field.

ᴧ      Language :   English and (Arabic or Urdu)

ᴧ      Experience :   3 – 5 years of experience in food manufacturing Specially Tin Can machine operations.

ᴧ     Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.

ᴧ     Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with packaging / processing machinery.

Basic computer and data recording skills.

1. Compliance and Work Conduct

ᴧ     Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

ᴧ     Report any illness or health concern immediately to the supervisor before starting work.

ᴧ     Follow the assigned daily work schedule and production plan.

2. Machine Setup and Operation

ᴧ     Set up machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure they are in proper working order.

ᴧ     Calibrate machinery and adjust settings according to product specifications and size.

ᴧ     Configure parameters such as speed, air flow, nitrogen, and temperature.

ᴧ     Ensure machine performance is optimal by monitoring parameters throughout the shift.
