We are looking for a reliable HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, fast in follow‑up, and confident in using Saudi HR portals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all Saudi HR portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem and Labour Office systems
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
Prepare and maintain employee files and documents
Support visa processing, contract preparation and renewals
Update employee data and ensure accuracy in all systems
Manage attendance, leaves and daily HR transactions
Assist with general administration tasks and office coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and external government offices when required
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR or admin roles
Strong working knowledge of Saudi HR portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem)
Good communication skills in English
Attention to detail and strong follow‑up
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
