الوصف الوظيفيProven experience in IT administration, networking, and server management Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux servers and network configurations Experience managing VoIP or call center systems Familiarity with firewalls, backups, and cybersecurity tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication skills for supporting users and teams Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus Experience with cloud-based systems and remote support tools Knowledge of backup / recovery tools and disaster recovery planning
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and manage company networks and servers
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients
- Manage and maintain call center systems and software
- Ensure data security and regular server / network backups
- Monitor and secure the company's network and server environments
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure uptime and performance
- Implement IT best practices and security protocols
