Overview Job Summary :
The Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring online pharmacy orders, ensuring logistics accuracy, and providing timely follow-ups to guarantee smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Responsibilities
Process and monitor online pharmacy orders accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Verify and track shipment details to maintain accuracy in logistics records.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and delivery partners.
Address and resolve order-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.
Maintain updated records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications.
Assist in inventory coordination to support order fulfillment.
Generate reports on order status, logistics performance, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy and healthcare regulations related to logistics and deliveries.
Support the pharmacy team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience in pharmacy operations, but not necessarily, logistics or customer coordination.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
Knowledge of pharmacy processes and regulations is an advantage.
An Arabic speaker is required for this position.
