King Fahd Military Medical Complex

Brief Profile : King Fahd Military Medical Complex (KFMMC) is a military forts medical complex that contributes to the development of the health services. His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz established this complex to support health care development; a huge achievement for the homeland and an oasis of hope that contributes to the care and provision of medical care for armed forces personnel and citizens in the Eastern Province. The Hospital consists of specialized departments such as : Nephrology, Kidney Transplants, Vascular Surgery, Specialty Clinics, and well-established medical services and clinics. A helicopter airstrip is located close to the ER entrance for transferring emergency cases and is equipped with up-to-date lighting and guiding equipment. Architecturally KFMMC is one of the most magnificent buildings to serve medical professionals. The housing compound is environmentally friendly and just a short walking distance from the hospital; it includes a recreation center and sizable sports and play grounds for all ages.
