R&D Laboratory Technician

Al Rabie is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Lab Technician to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with an engineering background—preferably in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering —who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in product development and laboratory operations within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Operate laboratory and pilot‑plant equipment daily in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.
• Conduct routine calibration, verification, and basic maintenance of lab equipment.
• Prepare product batches, trial samples, and formulations based on instructions from the Product Development team.
• Follow precise recipes and procedures to support product development activities.
• Assist in conducting experiments, collecting data, and preparing trial documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized laboratory environment.
• Handle moderate lifting of ingredients, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished samples.

Support cross‑functional coordination with Quality, Production, and Procurement teams when required.
