Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular monitoring of environmental parameters (air, water, dust, noise, soil, etc.) and collect environmental samples in accordance with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi environmental regulations and MBCC standards.
  • Support preparation and submission of environmental reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in implementing Environmental Management Plans, waste segregation, and spill response programs.
  • Participate in internal environmental audits and inspections.
  • Maintain accurate environmental records and documentation.
  • Promote environmental awareness and best practices across site teams.
  • Support incident response involving environmental impacts.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and support compliance initiatives.

    • Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001.
  • Certification in environmental sampling or auditing (desirable).

    • Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years in an environmental compliance or monitoring role.
  • Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with Saudi environmental regulations.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
