As an E-Commerce Dispatcher , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers. You’ll coordinate between the warehouse, logistics partners, and customer service teams to ensure each order is processed, dispatched, and delivered accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for e-commerce orders with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor real-time delivery progress and proactively resolve any logistical issues.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logs, reports, and delivery records.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules based on order volume and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.

What You’ll Bring

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce dispatching, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations .

Familiarity with e-commerce order management systems (OMS) or ERP platforms .

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic .

Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
