Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Servers Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising our server environment to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency.

  • Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments
  • Configure and manage Windows and Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data
  • Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime
  • Manage and optimise cloud services, including Azure and AWS platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect server infrastructure from threats
  • Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure server stability and security
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in server administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems
  • Proficiency in managing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V)
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure and AWS
  • Expertise in networking protocols and configurations
  • Strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, or CompTIA Server+ are highly desirable
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Must be a Saudi national
