Amaken is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a reputable fine dining Lebanese restaurant in Riyadh, with a focus on the cold kitchen. Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern kitchen. Proven expertise in Lebanese cold mezze, traditional ingredients, and preparation techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a quality-driven kitchen environment. Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is a plus. Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
