Residential Client Advisory

Job Purpose

• The Residential Client Advisory is to sell the residential offerings across multiple luxury residential assets and over time for selling completed sales inventory. Guide potential buyers of RSG Residential through the purchase process smoothly, offering a personalized service expected of a super luxury project and sale.
• This is a key client relationship management position that makes the RSG residential customer journey exclusive.
• The job requires meeting and working with KSA & GCC UHNWIs and HNWIs to understand their residential requirements and to help them select the best residential Read Sea offering for them and their families to buy.
• Similar to a private office function within a private bank, discretion is essential as is full Red Sea Global Projects residential product knowledge. A full understanding of KSA / GCC culture and property business dealings is also essential.
• Exceptional presentation of the residential product is required and the ability to meet VIPs and grow a network and new residential database of top buyer clients.
• The client advisory function works closely with the Senior Client Advisory in the show suites to generate new sales leads for off‑plan sales and to grow awareness of the Residential opportunities.
• It also has a focus on meeting KSA / GCC private banks, wealth managers, investment banks, luxury retail client managers and private aviation professionals to gain new high net worth clients.
