Job Title Senior IOS Technician

Job Scope The Senior IOS Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and repairing technical issues related to IOS Apple products. This includes managing spare parts, supporting new launches, and training customers / employees as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Provide technical support and advice to ensure swift resolution of technical problems

Perform diagnostic tests on Apple products to identify and isolate issues

Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues following Apple guidelines

Assess system configurations and software updates for optimal hardware resource utilization

Manage repair jobs and refurbishing of iPhones, keeping job tickets updated and clients informed

Handle walk-in jobs on-site or return to Apple when necessary

Manage Apple spare parts and inventory, including testing and organizing parts and devices

Support the launch of new applications, services, and tools

Maintain organized workstations, equipment, and tools

Document repair issues and resolutions accurately

Train clients on Apple hardware and software as needed

Assist Customer Service Representatives with technical issues and feedback

Support during staff shortages or high customer volume

Prepare and submit periodic reports to management

Stay updated on Apple articles and service news

Train new IOS technicians

Oversee IOS Technicians and report issues to the supervisor

Position Requirements Education High School Diploma

Experience At least 4 years of relevant experience

Seniority level Associate
