We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial / Cost Analyst to join our Infrastructure team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should : Understand capex budgets, how cost data is structured and managed. Understand drawdown of cost against budgets and how to reconcile spend against the budget. Understand annual spend profiles and define annual budgets and reconcile against master budget and IMS. Understand capex and opex cost profiles. Understand basis of construction rates. Create cost rates database. Analysis of rates to understand the median, high / low rates, identifier outliers etc. Identify trends in cost including CPI forecasts, inflation modelling etc. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field. Experience with cost analysis, budgets, and forecasts. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; results oriented; able to work autonomously and in a team environment. Additional Information
