We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Roads / Highways to lead the planning and execution of vital road and highway infrastructure projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing large-scale transportation projects. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of roads and highways projects, ensuring alignment with regional development goals and standards Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, managing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to facilitate efficient project delivery Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise to keep projects on track Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones Lead project meetings and reviews, fostering collaboration and teamwork across diverse groups Utilize project management tools and software to track and document project deliverables Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience in transportation infrastructure, specifically in roads and highways Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating with various stakeholders Strong knowledge of relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus Benefits
