Overview

ARX is a global network of specialists in engineering, design, and architecture. Our team offers 360° consulting, project management, and technical services across airports, bridges, buildings, cableways, digital innovation, environment, equipment, geology, geotechnics, hydropower, metros, nuclear plants, oil & gas, pipelines, ports, railways, river engineering, roads, traffic, tunnels, and water / wastewater treatment. With offices across Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania, ARX combines global expertise with local know-how to meet the specific needs of communities while incorporating international best practices. ARX supports a sustainable future through innovative projects.

We are expanding into the Middle East with offices in UAE and KSA. For our Riyadh office, we are looking for a Graphic Designer .

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and templates for proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with proposal managers, engineers, and business development teams to create visually engaging submissions that communicate technical information.
  • Develop brochures, marketing materials, social media content, and other corporate communications assets.
  • Ensure adherence to ARX's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Transform complex data and technical content into clear, impactful infographics and visualizations.
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries (templates, icons, imagery, infographics).
  • Support the creation of event materials, corporate profiles, and digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated with design trends and propose innovative approaches to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Work under tight deadlines while ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of professional design experience, preferably within engineering consultancy, architecture, or construction sectors.

    • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for proposal formatting.
  • Familiarity with digital design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Ability to design for both print and digital platforms.

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with corporate professionalism.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience designing proposals for large-scale projects in KSA (e.g., NEOM, Red Sea, or similar).
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing strategy.
