Senior Project Finance Analyst

The ideal candidate will have extensive relevant experience and a strong academic background, with a desire to influence a cleaner future through transportation electrification. This role is integral to our Finance team to support the company's ongoing success. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy challenges, we want to hear from you!

• Consolidate and analyze financial data, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and cost deviation explanations.
• Maintain financial status reports for multiple projects, including budget, forecast, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, and accounting data.
• Monitor, report, and analyze financial performance for operational and project activities, supporting project teams.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, addressing potential issues proactively.
• Develop and refine business case assessments to support program decisions.
• Facilitate team alignment and decision-making through clear, cohesive reports with recommendations.
• Participate with management to guide strategic decisions, providing objective financial guidance.
• Partner with various operational teams to understand financial inputs and advise on decisions.
• Support ad-hoc projects like month-end reporting, business planning, benchmarking, and process analysis.
• Propose opportunities for process and business improvements.
