Establish and implement a comprehensive food quality assurance and safety system covering all stages of manufacturing, transportation, storage, and retailing, while adhering to international standards such as IFS Food, BRC, and ISO 22000. Build an effective quality culture within the organization. Responsibilities include : Preparing and implementing a quality manual covering raw material receipt and inspection, production tracking, transportation, storage conditions, inventory control, and management of near-expiry products. Proposing and implementing international quality systems, starting with IFS Food, and expanding to ISO 22000 or BRC as needed. Developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, storage, transportation, and display. Training employees on quality systems and conducting internal audits. Monitoring non-conformities and developing corrective and preventive measures.
