Client is looking for a Construction Manager

Project Type: Oil & gas, Petrochemicals
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Requirements/Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of construction experience within the EPC sector.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Refining, or Industrial projects.
• Strong track record overseeing multidisciplinary construction activities on large brownfield and greenfield developments.
• Previous experience working for leading EPC contractors.
• Extensive project experience across the Middle East.

Responsibities:

• Provide overall leadership and management of site construction activities.
• Direct multidisciplinary construction teams across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project management teams.
• Manage subcontractors, construction contractors, and site resources.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Drive compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and project requirements.
• Lead construction planning, execution strategies, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Support client interface activities and stakeholder management throughout project execution.
