Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of E-Commerce Operations Executive in Saudi Arabia. Sisco Jobs is seeking skilled, motivated professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of an online store. The role involves order fulfillment, inventory updates, shipment handling, dispatch coordination, returns, and customer order support. Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill online customer orders accurately and on time.
  
• Receive incoming shipments and verify items against shipment documentation.
  
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for safe and timely dispatch.
  
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate order statuses.
  
• Coordinate with courier companies and delivery partners for order movement.
  
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to operational procedures.
  
• Handle basic customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
  
• Manage routine e-commerce operational activities and maintain smooth daily order flow.
  

Required Skills

1. E-Commerce Operations — Ability to manage day-to-day online store operational workflows.
   
2. Order Fulfillment — Knowledge of processing, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
   
3. Inventory Management — Ability to maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
   
4. Logistics Coordination — Ability to coordinate shipments with couriers and delivery partners.
   
5. Returns Management — Knowledge of handling product returns and exchanges efficiently.
